Ray went into ministry a little later in life, having been a bricklayer in Ontario for almost 20 years. After graduating from Queen’s Theological College in Kingston, Ray and Chris moved with their three sons to Blackfalds, Alberta in 2003. Their adventure in ministry led Ray to Sunnybrook United in Red Deer for two years before a new sense of call led them St. Andrew’s United Church in Cochrane in 2012. Ray has a passion for preaching, worship and community building. He has too many hobbies, but cycling, fitness and music top the list.
Lisa has been involved in music for most of her life, has been taking singing lessons for 18 years, and has completed her grade 8 Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) voice exam and grade 2 RCM theory.
